Let team members add staff to Projects

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible for an user who is not the Project Manager of a Project, to add staff to that Project?

Resolution

Any user with the following Access Rights can add a staff to a Project:

• 'Project - Edit Management' right would be required. This can be provided to just the Project instance under consideration. This is to view the Project and edit Team members in it
• 'Resource - Soft Book - All' right would be required to view Resources in the system and add them to the staff, of the Project.
