How to list affected_Services attribute on to Service Point UI.

Issue/Introduction

Customer is trying to add affected_service in ServicePoit interface and not able to list it under the available attributes.




Its not getting reflected to xflow interface.


 

Environment

Release: CA Servicedesk Manager 17.4.RU02.

Resolution

Configuration items should be created with class as " Business Service".
Affected_service attribute is not visible due to non availability of data.
