VM appears in vcloud in powered off state but in vCenter is up and running

Vcenter and Vcloud director DB not in sync

Environment

VCD 10.3.x

Vcenter 7.x

Cause

VCenter has multiple VM's with the name (UUID of problematic VM) '####-####-####-####'.

Resolution

Raise a ticket with Broadcom support \ GSS by referring a KB 142884
