Issue/Introduction

Seeing the following error while Identity Portal fail to start

com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Cannot open database "ip_portal" requested by the login. The login failed.

Environment

Identity Portal 14.5

Cause

Due to the database cluster configuration change

Resolution

Restored original Identity Portal database
