Cannot RECEIVE CARS HOLDATA in JSON format

Issue/Introduction
CARS maintenance holddata will be record length 100. What is the process to receive holddata? It was determined that the following error was received:
SMP/E RECEIVE HOLDDATA of the .JSON file downloaded from the CARSHOLDDATA folder resulted in the following error:

Cause
The SMP/E RECEIVE HOLDDATA function expects an input file (i.e., the HOLDDATA bucket) of LRECL=80. The JSON file is LRECL=100.
The JSON file is not eligible for the RECEIVE HOLDDATA function.
Resolution
The JSON files cannot be received using the RECEIVE HOLDDATA command. The JSON files HOLDDATA files contain the Common Vulnerabilities and Exposure (CVE) information for each security integrity PTF. They are documented here:
The RECEIVE HOLDDATA command accepts only the traditional HOLDDATA bucket which has file extension of .TXT and .BIN, and are uploaded to zOS with LRECL=80. There are referenced here:
