MUX - Export to CSV is returning unexpected records on Assignments when groups filter is used.

Issue/Introduction

When user attempting to perform an Export to CSV from Assignments module for a specific projects they are getting unexpected results when groups filter is used.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to Clarity Modern UX
2. Navigate to Project -> Assignments. This project should have couple of assignment records
3. Add two filter groups and main criteria should be "Any"
4. One filter group contains Role = Developer, Architect etc...  (match on All)
5. Second filter group contains Role "is empty" (match on All)
6. Attempt to Export to CSV and observe the records in the csv file that do not match what user sees on the screen.

Expected Results: The assignment tab is filtered with two filter groups ("Any" for overall filter groups and "All" on each filter group). When exported to csv, the file will only contain data seen on the screen for that project.

Actual Results: Data exported is for all projects and does not meet the filter criteria.

Workaround: Don't use groups filter for time being and instead try to break group filter into separate views.
