Failed to load cluster details. Failed to get hosts from DB

Issue/Introduction

• When trying to access the WLD domain page we getting a red banner with error:
  
  Failed to load cluster details. Failed to get hosts from DB
• Domain manager logs shows the following error:
  
  yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss.zzz+0000 ERROR [vcf_dm,xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,xxxx] [c.v.e.s.c.s.clients.InventoryClient,http-nio-127.0.0.1-7200-exec-2]  Failed to get Hosts in cluster <cluster_id> from inventory {}
com.vmware.evo.sddc.common.services.error.InventoryClientException: Failed to get hosts from DB.

• A cluster has been deleted from the vCenter and NSX inventory
