Issue/Introduction

Unable to login to AWI after upgrading from V 21 to V 24 using a LDAP user.

When trying to login to AWI, The error message of the AWI is " ACCESS DENIED"

Environment

Automation Engine: V 24.4.1

Cause

Configuration Error.

Resolution

After adding the TLS parameter in below var the issue got resolved.
