Test host execution delays exceed 5 scheduled minutes and exceed 25 minutes.

Issue/Introduction

I'm having some issues with the time delay Spectrum uses with the Service Performance Manager module on the test hosts. 

These are 5 minutes, but there's a delay of several minutes, up to 25 minutes, to run several tests. 

Is there a way to speed this up, since we sample the time delays and open up long time windows?

Cause

 Not enough threads allocated for the number of tests running.

Increase the number of “SPM Test Work Threads” 

Start with 200, increase to 400 if not improved.

 

Make sure that the total work threads value is not exceeded, and if it is, increase the total available.
