Apply Updates greyed out when update supervisor, no versions available

Issue/Introduction

None of the available versions are clickable, therefore "Apply Updates" never becomes active (it's greyed out).

Environment

vSphere Supervisor 8.x

Cause

Supervisor version is tied strictly with VC version.

Resolution

• Upgrade VC version higher based on desired Supervisor version following Supported Kubernetes Versions for Supervisors.
• Then upgrade Supervisor accordingly.
