The internal Web Service (SOAP) fails to start with the following exception in the localhost.date.log:

SEVERE [main] org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.listenerStart Error configuring application listener of class [com.uc4.ws.AppContextListener]
	java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/servlet/ServletContextListener
