The Spectrum connector not starting with status offline

Issue/Introduction

Installed Spectrum connector on the SOI 4.3 Manager server

In the SAM-IntegrationServices_wrapper.log getting error

CA:00005_Spectrum-X:handleIFWSiloException: Unknown exception occurred!Failed to initialize.  Continuing...
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/omg/CORBA/UserException

 

Resolution

Spectrum connector only works with the Integration 4.2 which uses JAVA 1.8 while SOI 4.3 uses JDK 11.x

Here is the link to the Connectors and in the Prerequisites you will see Integration Services 4.2 CU5

You need to install Integration 4.2 on a separate server than your SOI 4.3 Manager.

You can install the Spectrum connector on the new server.
 

NOTE: Integration 4.2 can communicate with SOI 4.3 Manager.
