Issue/Introduction

Installed Spectrum connector on the SOI 4.3 Manager server

In the SAM-IntegrationServices_wrapper.log getting error

CA:00005_Spectrum-X:handleIFWSiloException: Unknown exception occurred!Failed to initialize.  Continuing...
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/omg/CORBA/UserException

 

Cause

Spectrum connector <-> SOI incompatibility. 

Resolution

Previously, the spectrum connector was not compatible with SOI 4.3, and the error was caused by the connector / SOI incompatibility.

However, on March 5th 2026, a new version of the Spectrum Connector was released that is compatible with SOI 4.3.

The new version is CA Spectrum 2.0.0.260.
