Some DX O2 services are reporting as "Unknown" or SLI State is reported as "ERROR

We have noticed that some services are reporting as Unknown services or SLI State = ERROR

Resolution

1. Ensure OI connector is up and running

2. Ensure the actual monitored server or device is up and running
