Issue/Introduction

When opening Release Automation with https url in a web browser, "Not Secure" message appears :

If we click on "Not secure" and click on "Turn on warnings" :

Message NET:ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID appears

Cause

Some certificates are missing in the Local Computer Certificates

Resolution

  1. Click on Certificate details and check the certificate name displayed in "Issued By" :



  2. Open "Manage computer certificates" and import the missing certificate under Trusted Root Certification Authorities or Intermediate Certification Authorities



  3. If the imported certificate is an intermediate certificate, check the "Issued By" certificate name and check if it is already present in Computer Certificates (root or intermediate).
    All certificates of the chain must be imported and present in Local Computer Certificates.
