VMware Cloud Director Object Storage Extension UI plugin provides wrong download URL

Issue/Introduction

• When trying to download files from the bucket in VMware Cloud Director (VCD) using the VMware Cloud Director Object Storage Extension (OSE) UI plugin, the UI is providing a wrong URL as reported below:
  
  https://<bucket>.<s3-ose-host>/<object>

• The prefix  "s3." is missing in the path of the download link, but it is shown in the "S3 URL" on the bucket page on VCD UI.

• The OSE endpoint URL is similar to "example.com" and does not include the "s3." prefix

Environment

VMware Cloud Director Object Storage Extension 3.1
VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1.1

Cause

To preview or  to download files, the URL requires your OSE endpoint to be set with "s3." prefix. 

Resolution

Edit the OSE endpoint to include the prefix "s3." like "s3.example.com".
