Error: "Failing the intent as the timeout delay is exceeded" after failed CNF instantiation

Issue/Introduction

• CNF instantiation gets stuck at "Grant request for my-nginx (Sending grant request..)"  and then times out.
• Error:

26T08:29:03.362950564Z","status":"False","type":"NodepolicyApplied","message":"Generate nodepolicies for generation 1 failed, msg:tknp does not exist or is deleting, err: not ready for reconcile","reason":"NotReadyForReconcile","severity":"Error"}

Cause

This issue occurs if any of the required cluster add-ons are missing. 

Resolution

1. Confirm all the required add-ons are available:
   • nodeconfig-operator-tca-addon
   • calico-tca-addon
   • systemsettings
   • tca-monitor-operator-tca-addon
2. Deploy any required add-ons that may be missing. See Deploy Add-Ons.
