TDM Portal Security Plug not working

Issue/Introduction

Created a security plug for connecting to Oracle database and since upgrading this no longer works.

Entering the Username prefixed with ext: but password is still enabled.

Environment

TDM Portal Docker 4.11.2016.0

Oracle database

Cause

Since upgrading, Oracle was not working, but the other databases were.

Resolution

Patch TDM_Portal_docker-4.11.2028.0.tgz and later will resolve this issue.
