How to use the TLSv1.3 protocol on ports 5443 and 8444 of the DX APM Cloud Proxy component?

In the directory:
<cloud-proxy>\config\application.yml, the following commented entry is found:

# apm.server.secureProtocols: SSLv2Helllo,TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2

However, the TLSv1.3 option is not listed.

Resolution

Changing the property to apm.server.secureProtocols: TLSv1.3 resolved the issue
