UIM Operator Console displays a large black triangle instead of the normal dashboard

Issue/Introduction

Upon logging into UIM Operator Console, a large black triangle is displayed below the expected menu at the top of the page:

Searching or selecting the other buttons at the top of the page changes the triangle, but the expected dashboard and other options do not appear.

Other deployed Operator Consoles work as expected.

Environment

• UIM 23.4.x
• OC 23.4.x

Cause

Corruption of the installation of Operator Console on the local server.

Resolution

• Please uninstall and then reinstall OC from this server.  You can find steps to do this in the documentation linked below:
  • Uninstall Operator Console
• After running the uninstall, please delete the wasp directory from the OC server.  This will help to confirm that no corrupt files remain.
• You can download the OC installation from https://support.broadcom.com.
  • Please note that your OC version should match your UIM version.  The OC CUs are available here:
