Issue/Introduction

Duplicate alarms raised for multiple metrics have been found that are not needed.

Environment

DXO2 SaaS.

Cause

DE636162 

Resolution

Enviromental issue on SaaS. The duplicate alarms were triggered when there was an internal restart of the metric alert pods. During that time, the pod memory increased as the overhead on the pods increased causing multiple alarms for the same metric. 

Contact Broadocom Support in case issue has been observed.
