This Article describes the steps to customize Alerts so the user can review the suspicious link and report to Administrator.

Each scanning service under Services > Anti-Malware could be customized based on your Organization policies , so that each Alert received by the users will contain the proper information about the suspicious email or url and this could also contain the Internal URL to report the activity to your Administrator.

Define the address from which alerts are sent, and the administrator addresses that receive alerts

Blocked Malware Alert
|
Enable alerts for Administrators and recipients when malware is detected and email is quarantined, and define the messages that they receive.

Detected Malware Alert
|
Enable alerts for Administrators and recipients when malware is detected after email is delivered, and define the messages that they receive.

|
Auto Remediation Alert
|
Enable alerts for Administrators and recipients when moving delivered email found to contain malware out of users' inboxes.

|
Indicators of Compromise (IOC) Blocklist Alert
|
Enable alerts for Administrators and recipients when Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) are detected.
