Issue/Introduction

A ZTNA detector can be converted from a CASB rest detector by contacting support.

What if you need both a CASB rest detector and a ZTNA detector?

 

 

Resolution

Perform the following steps to have both a CASB & ZTNA detector.

1. Obtain a new entitlement for a CASB rest detector from sales.
2. Configure the CASB rest detector in a new environment.
3. Create a support ticket requesting the CASB rest connector to be migrated to ZTNA and moved to the correct environment.
