Updating Aria Automation deployment deletes labels from the GCP portal.

Issue/Introduction
The original tags/labels are deleted from the resources in the GCP portal when the deployment is updated using the original version of the blueprint.
No error is generated and the request succesfully completes.
Environment
VMware Aria Automation 8.18.x
Cause
The GCP adapter is not syncing the labels in the GCP portal after a successful deployment update.
Resolution
There is no workaround for this issue, and the fix is planned to be released in VMware Aria Automation 8.18.1 Patch 3.
