Issue/Introduction

When trying to shut down the Messaging Gateway version 10.9.1 you have found that the Messaging Gateway halts but does not power off.

Resolution

This is a known issue that will be addressed in an upcoming version release. As a workaround around until the new release is made available, you will need to manually power down the appliance after performing the shutdown command.
