Issue/Introduction

Users cannot access Intelligent Assist in the New Experience.  

Resolution

Intelligent Assist is enabled by default for users that are assigned the System Defined "Administrator" and "Power" Role documents. The permission "Access Intelligent Assist" can be enabled for custom Role documents.
