The user is facing SSO Login issue. The user is getting permission denied message when he try to login through SSO. When checked the account is active in the Rally application.
The user tried in the different browser and also cleared the all-time caches in the both browser ( Edge and chrome ) but the issue is same.

Please perform a password reset at https://profile.broadcom.com/web/forgot-password using the login email address this should enable the account verification which is missing in the AuthHub profile.
