Shared, child services are not fetching active alerts for services built based on the Alarm Queues.
DXO2
All child services needs to be binded to alarm queues.
It may be observed that if using a parent service name in the alarm queue filter and associating the same alarm queue with the parent service. However, an alarm itself does not contain a parent service name; it always resolves on the fly and only references a directly impacted service, not a service hierarchy. Therefore, if the customer intends to perform an action on a parent service using an alarm queue, they need to include all child services in the alarm queue to achieve the desired parent service behavior with alarms.
