Issue/Introduction

  • CUCM collector manager (CM) is unable to get AXL query output from CUCM.

  • In FINEST level CM logging below response from CUCM is observed:

    • HTTP Status 599 – Incorrect axl version. Supported axl versions are 11.x, 12.x and 14.x.

Environment

All supported releases of M&R

Cause

Incorrect AXL schema version configured.

Resolution

  • It is suggested to engage CUCM team to get the correct AXL version to be used.

  • Edit respective Call Manager to correct the AXL schema version from Administration --> / Discovery / Discovery Center / Manage Discovery --> Call Manager Information
