• Can VIO use certain clusters heavier than others?

Environment

VIO 7.3

Cause

• VIO has its own placement and scheduling system to determine where to deploy the VMs.
• Affinity and vSphere DRS rules are honored when finalizing the placement. 

Resolution

• VIO does not provide workload balancing across clusters
