When an Agent is moved from one Domain manager to another, the new server will try to get all the SD data of this particular Agent stored in the old DM, but if there is a communication issue or the old DM is not reachable, all the moved Agent will have their SD Status set to “Locked by Move”:
Since the new DM is unable to connect the old server, the Agent will remain in this state until manually changed.

If this function is not required, it’s possible to be turned off by modifying the Configuration Policy. The setting that manages this feature is called "Computer move: Move enable" and can be found under: DSM > Software Delivery > Manager:
If the Agents are already in this state, modifying the policy won't change the state of these machines. In order to revert it, can be made manually by right clicking on the desired Agent or directly from the database, by running the SQL script shown here:
