"Skip host and chain verification" set to TRUE/FALSE while configuring http check degrades the telegraf agent health from Running to Unhealthy 

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x 

Resolution

The text in "Skip host and chain verification" need to be set to true or false in lowercase. Anything else will cause the telegraf service to crash 

Eg: "Skip host and chain verification" = true/false
