oi connector and apm bridge is down and not receiving the data

Issue/Introduction

Nimsoft service was restarted .

Can see below errors in the logs 

com.nimsoft.probe.gateway.oi_connector.utils.PrimaryHubDetectionException: The probe detected several primary hubs. Please set the address of required hub to the configuration file setup -> primary_hub_address = /<domain>/<hub>/<robot>/hub

Environment

• DX SaaS
• DX O2
• UIM
• oi_connector 2.01
• apm_bridge 2.01

Resolution

1. Set the primay_hub_address key to the Primary hub address in both apm_bridge and oi_connector config files 
2. Also Increased java memory to Xms4G and Xmx8G for oi_connector probe in startup 

       

 

Additional Information

oi_connector error while getting the ci information from database. java.lang.NullPointerException
