Issue/Introduction

It may be required to change or update DNS configuration on platform and collector nodes if the existing DNS server is not working as expected or no longer available.

Aria Operations for Networks

Cause

This is informational KB providing steps to update DNS on Aria Operations for Networks platform and collector nodes.

Resolution

Login to CLI using 'consoleuser' and run the following command to update DNS -
'change-network-settings'.

This reboots the appliance.
