That version/timestamp of IN25COB2 is not certified for COBOL 6.4.
Fix LU06405 ships a later version of IN25COB2 for COBOL 6.4 support where the timestamp is "06/27/2022 06.11"
Therefore it appears that the COBOL 6.4 PTFs are not applied.

Using 100 items per page (bottom left). On page 3 there are the 4 COBOL 6.4 PTFs, LU06402, LU06403, LU06404, LU06405 published in July 2022.
Check maintenance levels and apply the above PTFs based on the product FMID applied.
