The request contains error DYMMYPROD_serial_number database not found error
When you trying to configure multiple CASB entitlements at once, some entitlements might encounter this error because the primary domain used to generate the tenant id is used by the entitlement which is processed first.
You can open a ticket for the support engineer to reset the entitlement. Once one of the entitlement has the configuration status as completed, this means corresponding CASB tenant is provisioned and you can resubmit the other CASB entitlements to this CMP environment again.
