Cause

Instructions on assigning a standard role to a user in Email Security Cloud

Resolution

To assign a standard role to a user :

  • Select Administration > User Management
  • Select an existing user to allocate a role for (or create a new user).
  • Click the User roles tab.
  • Click Use standard role.
  • Select the role type to apply for this user.
  • Click Add role.
  • The role is listed in the User roles tab.
