JWP not connecting to Service Manager NullPointerException: Cannot read the array length because "" is null

Issue/Introduction

JWP logs a NullpointerException error when trying to register to the service manager with the following error:

U00003131 The process cannot be connected to the Service Manager. Reason: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot read the array length because "<parameter1>" is null
