WebUI (WCC) Support for SAML 2.0

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading AutoSys & WCC server to r24, we want to enable SAML 2.0 on WCC GUI servers. 

In review of the documentation, we were unable to find any image reference to setup the metadata.xml file for Idp Metadata, Service Provider Identifier, Relying Party Trust Identifier. 

Azure team has configured AutoSys WCC URL 's and AD groups under Itra ID tool. Also, they have provided one certificate and xml file. 

Does WebUI support SAML 2.0 and how does it get configured?

 

Resolution

• Azure EntraId supports POST binding and does not support artifact binding.
• WebUI 24.0.00 SAML supports only artifact binding.
• WebUI 24.1.00 SAML supports both post binding and artifact binding.

Support for what you are inquiring about should be available in the 24.1.00 release of the WebUI.
