matches the symptoms for Ptf LU05332 which is a common services ptf. Sysview for DB2 is only a victim and thus a case should be opened for common services.

Resolution

This needs to be resolved with Common Services. A workaround is to turn off Ziip processing in the Datacollector though given this should be a very rare event it can be treated as a one and continue to use Ziip in the Datacollector
