NSX manager backups are missing after an NSX upgrade.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading NSX the UI shows only new manual or scheduled backups.  All previous backups prior to updating are not listed.

Cause

The new version of NSX is not compatible with the previous NSX manager backups. Only backups of the current version of NSX will be listed.  To restore to a previous version of NSX please see link in the additional information section below.

Resolution

This is expected behavior.

Additional Information

Confirm a new manual and a scheduled backup will complete for all NSX managers.

All previous NSX version backups can be removed from the SFTP file location and will not affect NSX operations.
