DX O2 mapping name fields

Issue/Introduction

I need to map the name fields (First Name and Last Name) of the user who opens a manual ticket in DX O2, today, using the variable ${ticketUser} or ${troubleShooterName} returns the username. We could not find any place via API that could map the firstName and lastName. 
Is it possible to be accomplished?

Environment

DX O2 SaaS

Resolution

Currently, we only populate the Assignee information in the ticket; First Name and Last Name are not included. Also, there is no public api currently available for the same. 

An enhancement requested was already raised in order to have it.
