VIP administrators can set a policy in VIP Manager to automatically delete SMS, Voice, or Email credentials that are in an inactive state for a set number of days (from 1 to 999). VIP performs this action nightly for any SMS, Voice, or Email credentials (up to 50,000) that meet this criteria when the operation is performed.
Credentials become inactive when removed from a user or a user is deleted. The VIP Manager Credential expiration policy can be used to automatically removed and deactivate stale credentials from users.
VIP Mobile access, Desktop, and hard tokens currently cannot be deleted from VIP Manager (see here)
Important: Deleted SMS, voice and email credentials are permanently and irreversibly removed from VIP Manager.
