3.6 Sensor Signature Status Shows "Not Accessible" and "Last Updated: Unknown"

Issue/Introduction

• After July 16th, 3.6 sensors started showing:
  • Not assessable
  • Last Updated: Unknown
    

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud
  • Endpoint Standard
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Resolution

• Due to a backend change, this is expected behavior after July 16th 2025. 3.6 is End of Life and no longer supported.
• Update to a Supported Sensor Version

Additional Information

• 3.6 Sensors still receive updated Signature packs and the export will continue to show the signature version for audit purposes.
• This change does not impact the security posture of the endpoint
