When login with local user, Aria Operations UI shows blank results

Issue/Introduction

When you login as a local user, even as local admin, the UI is showing blank screen in various components such as Dashboard, Inventory, Report, and View

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18

Cause

This is a known issue on the Aria Operations 8.18 GA release.

Resolution

The fix has been applied on the Aria Operations 8.18 Hot Fix 2 release.

Upgrade to the latest Aria Operations 8.18.3 release to resolve the blank UI issue.
