Required Fields Are Not Indicated When Creating From Template

Issue/Introduction

When a field is set as required through a Blueprint's Business Rule based on a condition, the field doesn't display as required when creating an Investment through a template.

As an example, the following Rule was created:

But on the new Project (from a template) screen, the condition is met, but the field doesn't display as required:

Clarity 16.3.2

Resolution

This is working as designed. A conditional Business Rule will not display as required on the creation screen from a template.

Additional Information

This behaved differently in 16.3.1 and earlier releases, but due to planned changes it will respond differently in newer releases.
