Intermittently some users are complaining that when typing in the description field of a SDM ticket, the text is typed backwards.
Moving out of the field and back in resolves the issue.

Initial thoughts is that this is not a SDM application issue
Have customer check things like:
1. Are there any web browser plugins that might be interfering with the SDM application? Try using incognito browser sessions to see if the behavior changes.
2. Look at web browser configuration settings in regards to text direction. For example, in Chrome (chrome://settings):
Force UI direction
Explicitly force the UI to left-to-right (LTR) or right-to-left (RTL) mode, overriding the default direction of the UI language
Force text direction
Explicitly force the per-character directionality of UI text to left-to-right (LTR) or right-to-left (RTL) mode, overriding the default direction of the character language
3. Is there any 3rd party security software on the client workstation that might be interfering with the SDM application?
In one instance, further investigation revealed that 3rd party software Forcepoint was the issue. Recent update 25.04 was installed on client workstations. There must have been an issue with that release as upgrading to 25.06 resolved the issue
