Skip the backup task or perform a selective backup of the files to be backed during an upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Is there an option to skip the entire backup task or do a selective file/folder backup during an upgrade.

Right now it performs a backup of several binaries, config files and log files (that the installer is coded with) and presents no option to skip the backup task.

Resolution

Installer, as of today, does not support an option to fully or selectively skip folder/file backup that's done as part of upgrade.
