Issue/Introduction
The EM failed to start. org.rocksdb.RocksDBException: IO error: lock data/metadata/LOCK: No locks available
Environment
APM 10.8 SP1
Cause
The smartstore DB is not able to access the locks on the files system that is mounted with NFS.
Resolution
Move the SmartStore output directory from the NFS (mounted file system).
