VLCR removal from SDDC

Issue/Introduction

User would like to decommission VLCR from sddc with keeping VC, ESXi, etc

Environment

VLCR 7.27.5

Resolution

As long as you are ONLY "Detach recovery SDDC" it should not delete anything on the Recovery SDDC as it is only detached from VLCR and does not touch any configurations related to HCX or VLSR (SRM).

Once it's done, you can deactivate the VLCR region from VLR tile.
