Issue/Introduction

DX O2 Upgrade AIOpsManagement.sh --update failed with "File does not exist: tls_certs/  pem, key and crt. Please enter a valid file"

Environment

DX O2 24*, 25*

Cause

Missing cert/keys in 25.1 installation folder

Resolution

As per documentation you must copy the cert and keys from the 24.2 folder to the 25.1 folder

Refer to Techdocs > Upgrade section > "2: Copy the 24.2 Files"
